Hosting

The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM - Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. As a service provider acting on our behalf, ALL-INKL processes technically necessary data (e.g., IP address, time of access, page accessed, browser) to deliver the site and ensure security. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Fonts, video, and images are also served from this server. An exception is the Apzura preview (see below).

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we will process your information to handle your inquiry. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Providing your data is voluntary; however, without it, we cannot respond to your inquiry.

Instagram

The link to Instagram leads to a service provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited. We do not embed Instagram, so data is not transferred to Meta until you click the link. From that point on, the policies of Instagram / Meta apply; data may also be transferred to the U.S.

Apzura preview

The page informing you that you are leaving our website displays a live preview of apzura.com. When you open this page, your IP address is transmitted to apzura.com and its host, Vercel Inc. (U.S.). No cookies or analytics services are used in this process. To display the preview, only technically necessary information is temporarily stored in your browser’s session storage. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The transfer to the U.S. is based on the EU Commission’s adequacy decision (EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, Art. 45 GDPR).

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use cookies or any analytics or advertising services.

Retention period

Server log data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purposes stated. We store email inquiries for as long as necessary to process them and respond to any follow-up questions; thereafter, we delete them unless statutory retention obligations apply.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), and data portability (Art. 20), as well as the right to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21).
